Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, most payments made to Auxin WebOut are non-refundable once the project has been initiated.
Advance payments confirm project booking and resource allocation. Therefore, advance payments are strictly non-refundable.
A refund may be considered only if:
- The project has not yet started.
- Payment was made due to technical error or duplicate transaction.
- Service cannot be delivered due to internal operational issue.
- Change of mind after project start.
- Delay caused by client (content, approvals, communication).
- Completed milestones or delivered digital assets.
- Third-party services such as domain, hosting, ads, plugins, API tools.
Advertising budget paid to third-party platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) is non-refundable under any circumstances.
If a project is cancelled midway, payment for completed work remains payable.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.
All disputes will be handled under applicable Indian law and local jurisdiction.
Auxin WebOut reserves the right to update this Refund Policy without prior notice.
डिजिटल सेवाओं की प्रकृति के कारण, प्रोजेक्ट शुरू होने के बाद किया गया भुगतान सामान्यतः रिफंड योग्य नहीं होता।
अग्रिम भुगतान प्रोजेक्ट बुकिंग की पुष्टि करता है, इसलिए यह गैर-वापसी योग्य है।
रिफंड केवल निम्न स्थितियों में विचार किया जा सकता है:
- प्रोजेक्ट अभी शुरू नहीं हुआ हो।
- तकनीकी त्रुटि या डुप्लिकेट भुगतान हुआ हो।
- आंतरिक कारणों से सेवा प्रदान न की जा सके।
- प्रोजेक्ट शुरू होने के बाद विचार बदलना।
- क्लाइंट द्वारा देरी।
- डिलीवर किया गया कार्य या पूर्ण माइलस्टोन।
- डोमेन, होस्टिंग, विज्ञापन या तृतीय-पक्ष सेवाएं।
Meta, Google आदि प्लेटफॉर्म पर खर्च की गई राशि किसी भी परिस्थिति में रिफंड योग्य नहीं है।
बीच में प्रोजेक्ट रद्द करने पर पूर्ण किए गए कार्य का भुगतान करना होगा।
स्वीकृत रिफंड 7–14 कार्य दिवसों में मूल भुगतान माध्यम से जारी किया जाएगा।
सभी विवाद भारतीय कानून और स्थानीय न्यायालय के अधीन होंगे।
Auxin WebOut बिना पूर्व सूचना के इस नीति को अपडेट कर सकता है।
