All services are delivered as per agreed written scope.

Extra features outside scope require additional charges.

3. Payments

50% advance payment is mandatory before project start.

Remaining 50% must be paid before final delivery.

Late payments may result in suspension.

All government taxes and third-party fees are additional.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide required content on time.

Clients must ensure no illegal or copyrighted material is shared.

Delays caused by client extend deadlines.

5. Ownership

Full ownership transfers after complete payment.

We reserve right to display work in portfolio.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for third-party downtime, ad bans, or hosting issues.

Maximum liability is limited to the service fee paid.

7. Termination

Services may be terminated for non-payment or illegal activity.

Outstanding balances remain payable.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law.

Disputes fall under local court jurisdiction.
